The humble domestic gas fire has many comfort benefits as well as being an aspirational centre piece for the living room. The dynamic consumer campaign will promote the benefits of gas fires as the practical and attractive solution for secondary heating in UK homes to a consumer audience on and offline.
Mr Clements continued;
“The secret for any installer is to identify opportunities for growth. Understand the gas appliance market, look for ways to add value to your service and make sure you are putting yourself in a position to meet consumer demand.
Four out of every five Gas Safe engineers have completed the HTR1 module, which means they are registered to work with gas fires and wall heaters, but only a small percentage of those installed, replaced or commissioned a natural gas fire last year.
If you are not making the most of your gas fire qualification, you are missing out! When it comes to gas fires, opportunities are plentiful. Fitting, servicing and of course the added margin.”
“This campaign will help installers sell the benefits of gas fires and provide information to their customers on the many gas fire options available”
The campaign centres on a new consumer hub. A go to place for consumers to find information, inspiration and advice on gas fires www.lovegasfires.co.uk
